Phi Hotel Principe occupies a 19th-century building overlooking one of Italy's largest and most beautiful squares.

Opened in 1932, the hotel is one of the oldest places in Cuneo, surrounded by neoclassical-style buildings and arcades encircling the entire square and marking the boundary between the city’s oldest and the most modern parts.
