Phi Hotel Principe occupies a 19th-century building overlooking one of Italy's largest and most beautiful squares.

Opened in 1932, the Hotel is one of the oldest places in Cuneo, surrounded by neoclassical-style buildings and arcades encircling the entire square and marking the boundary between the city’s oldest and the most modern parts. The Hotel’s location and the short distance separating it from the Langhe and Roero areas, Alba, Saluzzo, Barolo, Bra, and the mountains offering unique itineraries make it possible to arrange stays that combine art, nature, gastronomy, and relaxation.
