Phi Hotel Principe greets you with a hearty international breakfast brimming with delightful sweet and savory treats in a very welcoming atmosphere, where the friendly and attentive staff are on hand to meet any need.

Our breakfast buffet offers a varied and tasty assortment of fresh products prepared every morning: high-quality baked goods, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams, and preserves, highlighting some typical local products and traditional recipes, all accompanied by a coffee bar and a wide selection of hot and cold beverages. Plant-based and "free from" products are available for those with intolerances or specific dietary needs.

The jams on our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Monastery of Cottolengo, which produces them for Phi Hotels. The initiative called "The Good That Does Good" reflects our attention to the well-being of our guests, as the jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at peak ripeness, untreated and with low caloric content, and it supports the realization of common benefit because by purchasing the jams, Phi Hotels contributes to the sustenance of the Cottolengo Monastery.

To provide an environmentally and socially respectful breakfast service, we pay particular attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste, and using sustainable local products with zero food miles.

We aim to make breakfast an unforgettable experience for our guests, capable of transforming waking up into a truly special moment.

The service is available from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and on Sunday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. For guests needing to depart early, an Early Breakfast service is available.
